2. BeforeAfter Studio (Mobile Application) — V1.0

BeforeAfter Studio is an offline before-and-after photo comparison tool. You can pick a before and after photo, choose a layout (Side-by-side, Top-bottom, or Slider), customize Before/After labels and an optional date stamp, set output ratio and divider width, and export a static composite image. The privacy practices in this Section 2 apply specifically to BeforeAfter Studio and take precedence over more general website statements where they conflict for that app.

2.1 Summary

  • No account: Registration or sign-in is not required. Projects and imported photos remain on your device.
  • No upload: Images are not uploaded to our servers. V1.0 has no INTERNET permission.
  • No ads / no in-app purchases: V1.0 contains no advertising SDKs and no billing.
  • No analytics or trackers: V1.0 does not integrate third-party analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs.
  • No JSON backup / cross-device restore: Cross-device JSON restore is not offered because image paths cannot travel reliably.

2.2 What is stored locally on your device

Depending on how you use the app, the following may be stored in on-device private project storage and is not uploaded to CONNECT CLOUND TECH LLC:

  • Comparison projects (title, layout choice, labels, date stamp, output ratio, divider width, slider ratio)
  • Before and after photos you select through the system Photo Picker (copied into the private project folder; replacements are re-sampled to a maximum of 2048px)
  • App settings (default layout, default export format, JPEG quality, default ratio, show date stamp preference)
  • Exported PNG or JPEG files you choose to save (for example via Storage Access Framework / SAF or to Pictures/BeforeAfterStudio/)

Because this data remains on your device, we cannot remotely access, recover, or delete it from our servers. Editor auto-save keeps progress locally; the last successful save remains on the device if a save fails (for example when storage is full).

2.3 Permissions and system features (V1.0)

  • No INTERNET permission in V1.0 — the app is designed to work fully offline.
  • Photo Picker / media access only when you choose before or after photos; selected files are copied into local project assets.
  • Storage / folder access (SAF or MediaStore) when you export a comparison image; you choose the save location, and exported files on external storage are managed by you.
  • V1.0 does not use advertising identifiers, location tracking, microphone, contacts, SMS, or phone call logs.

2.4 Exports

When you export, the app renders a static comparison image (PNG or JPEG at your chosen quality) at the selected output ratio. Files saved via SAF or MediaStore are stored where you choose on your device and are not transmitted to us.

2.5 Deletion and retention (app)

  • Local project data remains until you delete a project, use Clear all projects (which deletes all comparisons and private images), or uninstall the app.
  • Uninstalling generally removes the app’s private local data from your device.
  • Exported files you saved to shared storage (for example Pictures) remain under your control after uninstall unless you delete them yourself.

2.6 What we do not collect via BeforeAfter Studio

Because the app operates offline without INTERNET permission and without accounts or analytics, BeforeAfter Studio V1.0 does not transmit your projects, photos, labels, or usage telemetry to CONNECT CLOUND TECH LLC. You own the before/after photos you import and export. The app is not intended to imply medical treatment or guaranteed outcomes.

3. Website — Information We Collect

When you visit our website or use our online services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, and profile details you provide when registering.
  • Payment Information: Billing name, address, and transaction records. Payment card details are processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
  • Learning Activity: Course enrollments, progress, quiz scores, certificates earned, and interaction with live sessions.
  • Communications: Messages you send to our support team or instructors through the platform or by email.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and usage logs collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.

These website practices do not apply to BeforeAfter Studio V1.0 local project data, which is not uploaded to us.

We use collected website information to:

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may limit functionality of the platform. BeforeAfter Studio V1.0 does not use cookies or third-party tracking SDKs.

We do not sell your personal information. App project content is not transmitted to us in BeforeAfter Studio V1.0. For website or email contact, we may share data with:

BeforeAfter Studio local data retention is controlled by you on the device (delete project, Clear all projects, or uninstall), as described in Section 2.5.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures for information we hold, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) where applicable, access controls, and regular security assessments. BeforeAfter Studio V1.0 keeps content on your device; please protect your device with a screen lock or other security features. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you (for example, website account data or emails you sent us), and to opt out of certain processing. 10. Children's Privacy

Our website and BeforeAfter Studio are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us data, we will delete it promptly.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts located in Volusia County, Florida.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date.
